Anneke's Wedding

Hello friends and readers! Here is the wedding dress I made for Fremont, Nebraska born bride, Anneke! She was married at Cherry Hill in Central Park, NYC.

Anneke's dress has a corset foundation with an asymmetrical draped bodice, fitted waist and A-line skirt. It is made out of "off-white" silk and rayon duchess satin with silk lining. The inside of the corset is lined with an Italian imported silk print. She wore disco green Kate Spade mules.

I designed two different flowers for Anneke's dress sash at her request. This way she had a colorful accessory for photos and was able to maintain tradition with the white flower during the reception.

Anneke's flower hair accessory is made with off-white and blue silk organza and centered with Swarovski crystals.  Her jewelry was custom made with Swarovski crystals by K & A Creations of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Anneke's flowers were bought the morning of the ceremony at the Chelsea Wholesale Flower Market and arranged by her family. The colors were beautiful, so fresh and vibrant.

All the professional photography is courtesy of the talented Adam Streaur of Omaha, Nebraska. Check out more of Adam's photography of Anneke & Dennis's wedding in the current issue of Wedding Essentials (Omaha residents only).
